This website is operated by Ajeet Enterprises (SmartCook India). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SmartCook India.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment methods, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the service.

SECTION 4 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For COD orders, we reserve the right to verify the order via a phone call or WhatsApp before shipping. If the customer fails to respond to the verification, we may cancel the order. Refusal of a COD order at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in the customer being blacklisted from future purchases on SmartCook India.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SmartCook India shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
