Shipping Policy (SmartCook India)


Thank you for shopping at SmartCook India (a unit of Ajeet Enterprises). We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.


2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer shipping across India.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
Shipping Cost: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all  orders.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues, weather, or high-demand seasons.


3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) VERIFICATION
For all COD orders, our team will contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to verify your order and address. Your order will only be processed and shipped after successful verification. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number.


4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via Email or SMS containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package on our shipping partner’s website (e.g., Shiprocket, Delivery, or BlueDart) within 24 hours of receiving the tracking ID.


5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
SmartCook India is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address and Pincode before placing the order.


6. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Remember, an unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
