Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at SmartCook India. We want to ensure you have a great experience, but we also have strict policies to protect our business from fraudulent claims.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
1.Unworn or unused.
2.With original tags and in its original packaging.
3.You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
To protect against fraudulent claims of "damaged" or "missing" items, an unboxing video is mandatory. * The video must be unedited and show the shipping label clearly.
1.The video must show the entire opening process of the package.
2.Without a clear unboxing video, we reserve the right to reject any return or refund requests regarding damages or missing parts.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
1.Used kitchen gadgets (due to hygiene reasons).
2.Personalized or custom products.
3.Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or using special heavy discount coupons.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to a change of mind (you no longer want the product), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
If the product is damaged (proven by video), we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
